Dear Sir
Re: HIGHWAY WIDENING PROJECT
Application No CEC 235H/2007
I acknowledge, with great frustration, your letter of May 29, 2007, in which you returned our CEC Application undetermined.
We consider this to be a grave injustice (a subject in which we have long-standing expertise). We provided accurate information
on our project, but you claim it is not sufficiently detailed. Unfortunately, there is no further detail which we can provide.
But let it be so.
This letter serves simply to suggest that deeply ponder your decision. If you do, you might see that it is very much in
your interest to issue a CEC for this project. After all, you and your staff are prime candidates to use the Highway in question,
when your time comes.
In closing, and on an unrelated matter, attached you will find several copies of the application form for employment at
our establishment. Our Chief Tormentor would welcome any or all of your staff to his department. In your handling of this
CEC Application you have collectively shown great aptitude for the kind of tormenting done in his department.
Yours sincerely.
